POYRA seeks to establish constructive dialogue with the Czech government, media, and civil society to ensure the protection of human rights and freedom of belief.
We advocate for:
- Structured and ongoing dialogue between spiritual communities, government, and media
to promote understanding and inclusion. - Ethical standards in journalism and public institutions to prevent bias, stigmatization,
and the spread of prejudice. - An independent body to monitor and report on religious discrimination and hate speech
in the media, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Simplified registration procedures for spiritual and religious groups in Czechia, aligned with international best practices.
- Education and training programs for judicial, police, and media professionals to prevent harassment and bias toward minority faiths.
- Promotion of interfaith and interbelief dialogue in cooperation with national, European, and international human-rights organizations.
Through these steps, POYRA strives to build a society where spiritual diversity is respected, dialogue replaces discrimination, and freedom of belief is protected for all.
